Generation Z Behavioral Intentions towards Social Entrepreneurship

This paper aims to explore the factors that contribute Generation Z intention act and become social entrepreneurs. is unit of analysis because they are future largest contributors a country’s economy workforce. Additionally, generation concerned with world’s sustainability, this evident in their purchasing behaviour skew sustainable products also drives entrepreneurial goals. The guiding theory research planned it fits well objective study. independent variables vision (SV), innovativeness (INNO), proactiveness (SP), risk-taking motive (RTM) financial literacy (FL), while dependent variable (SEI). Using quantitative approach, data was collected using an online survey. findings revealed there moderate strong positive correlations between SV, SP, IN, RM, FL SEI. range from 0.586 0.724, p-values less than 0.05, indicating statistically significant relationships. A value R² = 0.610 indicates 61% variability average SEI explained by 5 (Social vision, Social proactiveness, Innovativeness, Risk motives Financial Literacy). adjusted 0.596 suggests model still reasonably good at explaining variance after accounting for number predictors.
